Bob's Bandwidth Monitor

 A simple bandwidth monitor, straight-forward and plenty of simple features. I first made it to do something bigger, but just adapted it into a good bandwidth monitor, the biggest feature that I use a lot is the ability to show green/yellow/red arrows to indicate amount of bandwidth usage in the system tray. Also it handles the limitation of Windows using unsigned integers (resets after 4gb).
